Illyasha "Illy" Peete, MBA, is the Principal and CEO of Catalyze and Cultivate Consulting, LLC (Triple C), a Black woman-led, Certified Women’s Business Enterprise (WBENC) specializing in making equitable leadership the standard.
Illy holds an MBA in Global Management from Ashford University, a certificate in Nonprofit Board Consulting from BoardSource, a Harvard certificate in Nonprofit Leadership, and a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion certificate from Cornell University. Illy holds certificates from PACE focusing on Trauma-Informed Leadership Practices, specializing in dispute resolution without force and Brené Brown’s vulnerability-based leadership approaches.
