Mary Paul, Founder of Mary Paul, LLC has twenty plus years experience in Professional and Organization Development including coaching for individual and team effectiveness, personality style indicators, and leadership training and development. Her experience has included motorcycle, food and beverage manufacturing in unionized environments and corporate retail environments. She has also had significant experienced in working with Management and Union Leadership in developing effective Labor-Management partnerships.
Mary has co-authored two books, "Becoming the Professional Woman", and "The Superwoman Syndrome", published by The Professional Woman Publishing. In addition, Mary has been featured in both editions of "Training in Organizations", authored by Bridget O'Connor and Michael Bonner of New York University.
In addition, Mary's resume includes Anheuser-Busch Companies, Harley-Davidson Motor Company as employers, and has done consulting for Brown Shoe Corporation and the American Society for Quality (ASQ).
Mary's educational credentials include a Masters of Business Administration from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville, Illinois, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Evansville, in Evansville, Indiana.
