Hello, I am Ellen McCarty, President of McCarty & Co., LLC. My mission is to help people and teams uncover their raw talents and transform them into strengths. I specialize in guiding organizations and individuals to Name, Claim, and Aim their strengths to achieve strategic goals. I hold certifications as a Gallup- CliftonStrengths Consultant and Coach, Women's Empowerment Coach, Trauma-Informed Trainer, and Community Resilience Model Trainer. Additionally, I am a published co- author of three personal development books for women.

I inspire others through my passion, tireless work ethic, and skill in fostering environments where individuals, organizations, and boards of directors can shine. My commitment to continuous learning and applying my strengths is unwavering.

As a seasoned nonprofit executive, I have created, launched, and led local and regional offices for national nonprofits. I have gained unique insights into how a strengths- based approach empowers individuals and organizations to excel and increase their resilience. My work with both under-resourced communities and well-resourced corporate partners has shown me that teams and boards thrive when leveraging their strengths. When nurtured and coached, talents become strengths, and strengths build resilience — resulting in resilient employees, companies, nonprofits, and communities.
