Dr. Lewis is President and CEO of the Deline
Institute for Professional Development. She conducts workshops
and seminars that have been presented throughout the United States
and abroad. Dr. Lewis has been certified by The Professional Woman
Network as a Diversity Trainer with special emphasis in Women
Issues. Dr. Lewis has been recognized by the Manchester's
Who's Who for Executive and Professional Women. The workshops
and seminars conducted by the institute consist of topics such
as: Women in Management, Women as Leaders, The Superwoman Syndrome,
Leadership Skills for Women, The Assertive Woman, First Impressions:
Issues Impacting Women, Emotional Wellness for Women, Women's
Issues & Diversity and Cultural Diversity Phase II.
Dr. Lewis' knowledge of business and professionalism
is supported by 21 years of work experience in the military and
19 years of continuous work experience as a civilian with the
Federal government. Dr. Lewis is also an Adjunct Professor for
National-Louis University and the University of Phoenix.
Among her many accolades, is a governor's
citation from former Maryland Governor William Shaffer (for service
during Desert Storm), three Attorney General's Volunteer
Service Awards and a Director's Award for Outstanding Foreign
Counterintelligence Investigation from the FBI. Dr. Lewis was
also nominated for the Office Depot 2007 Business Woman of the
Year Award. |
