Pauline M. Lee is CEO of Etiquette Works,
Inc., a training and professional development consulting organization.
She is an expert in corporate etiquette, international protocol,
and children's manners and has extensive knowledge and experience
in management, leadership, public speaking, customer service,
and women's issues. She is known for her seminars, keynotes,
professional and personal development seminars.
Ms. Lee has a Masters Degree in Public Administration,
a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration; and
has 25 plus years experience in the work place. She is certified
as a Corporate Etiquette and International Protocol Consultant.
She is a member of the International Society of Protocol &
Etiquette Professionals, National Association for Female Executives,
National Forum for Black Public Administrators, Toastmasters
International, and the National Speakers Association.
