Kelly uses a proven framework to help individuals and organizations achieve their personal and professional goals.
An International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified coach, Kelly has built a distinguished career across corporate, nonprofit, and community sectors. Throughout her leadership journey, she has designed scalable leadership programs, guided organizational change, and championed emotionally intelligent, data driven development strategies. Her work has influenced leaders at every level (from frontline teams to executive suites), reflecting her commitment to accessible, human centered leadership.
Deeply committed to service, Kelly serves as a Board Member for Granny Grayson Outreach, a nonprofit organization founded by her mother to combat hunger and support homeless and under resourced families in the Quad Cities, USA. Her leadership in this space reflects her belief that service is not simply an act, but a calling.
Kelly is also a respected voice in the conversation on equity and leadership for Black women. She is a contributing author to When Women Lead, where she explores the theme of “Suffering in Silence,” and the author of The Word We Don’t Say Out Loud…Until Now is a powerful examination of how Black women navigate difficult workplace experiences. Her storytelling and coaching empower women to lead without shrinking, silence, or self sacrifice, championing a model of leadership rooted in wholeness, truth, and liberation.
In addition to her writing and coaching, Kelly is the co host of Let’s Just Talk About It, a women’s chat series that creates a collective space for women of color to unload, refill, and return to the race with renewed clarity and strength. It is a space where women sit together, talk about what’s happening, support each other through it, and leave with something tangible.
Kelly holds a BS in Criminal Justice from Bethune Cookman University and an M.Ed. in Adult Education and Administration with a concentration in Corporate Training and Knowledge Management from Jones International University. She is based in Arlington, Texas, where she is dedicated to health, wellness, and community impact.
