But what sets her apart is her journey – one that began in the depths of a challenging upbringing, marked by societal disadvantages.

Having weathered life's storms firsthand, Kimberly is no stranger to adversity. She often declares, "I have been there and done that," and indeed, her life experiences have equipped her to empathize with others facing similar trials. Through her expertise and wisdom, she endeavors to support and empower women, aiming to mitigate the hardships they may encounter along their own paths.

With decades of experience as a seasoned award-winning business executive and athlete across industries such as healthcare, technology, finance, and security, Kimberly's journey is a testament to resilience and tenacity. Leveraging the skills honed in Corporate America, she transitioned into a successful entrepreneurial career, establishing fashion boutiques, beauty salons, and interior design consulting businesses. This journey ultimately led her to venture into real estate development and investment.

In her quest to uplift and inspire women, Kimberly founded Reimagining Your Power LLC (RYP), a Personal Empowerment & Leadership Development company offering, seminars, retreats, consulting engagements, and support for dealing with domestic violence. Additionally, she holds a license from the New Jersey Private Detective Unit to provide certification and training for security officers.

Throughout her career, Kimberly has been a mentor and advocate for women of all ages, guiding them in entrepreneurship, post-graduate business career paths, and industry training. Her mission is to inform, inspire, and enlighten women about the myriad possibilities and opportunities that life presents.

Despite being born into adversity as a biracial child to a single mother on welfare, Kimberly's unwavering determination and faith have propelled her to extraordinary heights in both her personal and professional life. Her dynamic message empowers audiences to unlock their potential, challenge their comfort zones, and emerge victorious.

Certified in Diversity Training with a focus on Women's Issues and Professional Development, Kimberly is also a licensed cosmetologist specializing in women's health and beauty, as well as a licensed real estate agent with expertise in property investment and interior design. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Women's Studies from Rutgers College, Rutgers University, where she excelled as a scholarship athlete in Track and Field.

Kimberly's accolades include being crowned "Miss Garden State" for New Jersey, recognized for her academic prowess, athletic achievements, and advocacy for women's social issues. She is a proud member of the Professional Women's Speakers Bureau and Professional Women's Network, dedicating her voice to women reimagining their power, raising awareness about human trafficking and combating violence and abuse against women.
