My goals in working with clients are simple, when working with clients, I wish to leave them empowered and energized about the changes they are about to make, rather than leave them scared and bewildered. I also want to educate them so they can continue on their journey alone, yet always be here to support them if they need me.

Personally, my family and I suffer from allergies, asthma, and eosinophilic disorders providing me with the personal experience to share with clients in addition to the professional knowledge to help them. My husband (my rock and strongest supporter), daughter, son, and I live in small town Alberta, close to Calgary and the Rocky Mountains.
